Stuffed Mushrooms

 

Wash mushrooms by wiping with a wet clean cloth.

Parboil about 3 minutes.

Chop stems & sauté with chopped onions.

Combine chopped chicken with onions & mushroom stems.

Salt & pepper.

Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.

Sprinkle with bread or cracker crumbs & dot with butter.

Broil until lightly browned. About 5 minutes.
