Pork Chops
Line a baking pan with sliced raw onion.
Dip chops in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
Fry in oil until golden brown on both sides.
Put on top of onions in pan.
Heat some water with 2 packages of Golden Washington seasoning (enough to cover the chops)
Bake for 45 minutes covered.
Take out of oven and turn them.
Bake again (covered) for another 45 minutes
Bake at 350˚
