Pistachio Cake

 

1 pkg. yellow cake mix

1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding

4 eggs

½ cup Mazola oil

1 cup water

 

Beat all together.

Put into greased tube pan.

Bake 350˚ for 40 minutes.

 

 

 

Pistachio Frosting

 

1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup milk

1 tsp. sugar

 

Beat until thick
