Pineapple Cake

cups Sugar

cups Flour

cup Chopped Nuts (chop until very fine)

large can of Crushed Pineapple (in its own juice)

Heat
oven to 350° Fahrenheit.

Mix
ingredients with nuts. Make sure and add entire can of pineapple (including
juice).
3.
Grease
and flour a 9 by 13 inch pan.
4.
Bake
for 35 to 40 minutes or a toothpick comes out clean.

1/3 cup Confectionery Sugar

teaspoon Vanilla

Blend
all the ingredients at low speed until completely smooth.
