Pineapple Cake

 

 

Cake

 

2 tablespoons Baking Soda

2 Eggs

1 ˝ cups Sugar

2 cups Flour

1 cup Chopped Nuts (chop until very fine)

1 large can of Crushed Pineapple (in its own juice)

 

1.      Heat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.

2.      Mix ingredients with nuts. Make sure and add entire can of pineapple (including juice).

3.      Grease and flour a 9 by 13 inch pan.

4.      Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or a toothpick comes out clean.

 

 

Frosting

 

1 stick of Butter

1 8 oz package of Cream Cheese

1 1/3 cup Confectionery Sugar

1 teaspoon Vanilla

 

1.      Blend all the ingredients at low speed until completely smooth.
