Orange Terrine

 

1 package plain ladyfingers, split

2 packages (3 oz.) Jell-O brand gelatin lemon flavor

1 ½ cups boiling water

1 ½ cups cold water

1 cup orange juice

1 cup (8 oz.) Cool Whip

 

Line bottom and sides of 9 X 5 inch loaf pan with wax paper

Line sides of pan with ladyfingers

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water

Add orange juice, mix with spoon

Chill until thickened

Fold whipped cream into gelatin mixture, blending well

Spoon into lined pan

Chill until firm

Unmold onto serving plate, remove waxed paper
