Jean Morgan’s Spaghetti Sauce

 

Fry 1 lb. bacon (Use bacon for breakfast or any way you choose)

Strain juice from bacon & put in a large pot.

To juice, add the following:

1 large can peeled crushed tomatoes

1 large can tomato puree

2 small cans tomato paste

1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

1 teaspoon Oregano

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon salt

2 tablespoons sugar

 

Turn on heat and bring sauce to a boil in covered pot. Mix and reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour covered. Be sure to mix constantly to prevent scorching.
