Cranberry Mold

 

2 packages (3 oz. each) orange flavored gelatin.

1 can (16 oz. whole berry cranberry sauce)

1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple

1 bottle (14 oz.) ginger ale

 

Combine gelatin and cranberry sauce in a medium saucepan. Mix to blend over medium heat.

Stir until just below boiling.

Remove from heat.

Add undrained pineapple and ginger ale.

Mix well.

When fizzing stops, pour mixture into a lightly greased 5 cup ring mold. (if you use a tupper ware mold, you don’t have to grease)

Chill until set.
