Busy Day Lemon Cheese Pie

 

 

 

1 Nilla Pie Crust (store bought)

8 ounce cream cheese

1 package lemon instant pudding

2 cups milk

 

 

 

Soften cream cheese

Put in bowl and beat with ½ cup milk until integrated

Add pudding

Beat until incorporated

Add remaining milk

Beat until mixture thickens (pudding consistency)

 

Pour into the Nilla Pie Crust

Chill at least 3 hours. It’s best if chilled overnight

 

 

Add a dollop of cream when serving
