Mom's Nalesniki (dessert pancakes)
Mom always makes these for the neighborhood Christmas party. Make sure you follow the secret to making these scrumptious crepes. Mom fills her nalesniki with homemade apple sauce and homemade rhubarb sauce. They are so yummy!!!!

Babci's Kapusta
Dziadziu could eat this soup every day and twice on Sunday. Although this soup is excellent, it is better on the second day. Remember that cabbage is not an environmentally friendly dish!

Mom's Borsch
This is the traditional soup for Easter. Add some rye bread, kielbasa and eggs and you have a complete meal.

Cabbage Pierogi
Michael and I can eat a dozen pierogi without any trouble. I use Babci's standard dough recipe while my mother uses Cioci Nora's dough recipe. Make sure you try both.
